KYT TT-REVO MASIA REP.WINTER TEST MATT

🛡️ Safety & Shell Construction

• • High-Impact Material: The outer shell is constructed using ADT (Advanced Thermoplastic), which is an injection-moulded mix of thermoplastic resins engineered for high crash resistance.
  • Multi-Density EPS: Houses a multi-density inner polystyrene liner optimized for progressive shock absorption across various impact velocities.
  • Global Certifications: Rigorously certified under the strict ECE 22.06 (European standard) and ISI (Indian standard) protocols, alongside DOT compliance for US markets.
  • Three Shell Sizes: Unlike many budget helmets that share one shell size, the TT Revo uses 3 distinct shell sizes (S, M, and L) ensuring a safer, lower-profile, and more proportional fit.
  • Retention System: Utilizes a secure, lightweight alloy Double D-Ring (DD-Ring) system for reliable track-safe fastening.

🌪️ Aerodynamics & Ventilation

• • Wind-Tunnel Tested Shape: The aggressive contours, sleek rear spoiler, and lines are optimized to significantly reduce drag, buffeting, and wind noise at higher speeds.
  • Advanced Airflow: Features 5 intake vents (including a redesigned, secure chin vent and louvered forehead vents) and 4 exhaust ports integrated into a finished rear diffuser with mesh lining to pull hot air out.

👁️ Visor System

• • Optical Class 1 Visor: Equipped with a polycarbonate, anti-scratch clear visor that provides 90° vertical and 210° maximum horizontal vision without optical warping or blurring.
  • Racing Lock Mechanism: Features a centralized, easy-to-use racing visor lock system that ensures the shield remains tightly sealed at high velocities.
  • Pinlock Ready: Ready to accommodate an optional Pinlock 70 anti-fog lens insert for mist-free riding in cold or wet conditions.
  • Toolless Removal: The visor base plates allow for rapid, tool-free face shield swaps in under two minutes.

🛋️ Comfort & Interior Fit

• Bi-Elastic Lining: The interior is lined with a premium, breathable, bi-elastic synthetic fabric offering high sweat absorption to keep the rider’s skin fresh and dry.
• Hygiene Friendly: The entire comfort inner liner and multi-thickness cheek pads are completely removable and washable.
• Intercom & Eyewear Ready: Engineered with dedicated speaker pockets to seamlessly fit Bluetooth communication systems (like Cardo or Sena) alongside grooved channels to accommodate riding glasses comfortably.
• Rider Weight: Weighs approximately 1550 ± 50 grams for a large shell size, striking a competitive balance for its safety standard and price bracket.
