Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on where you are:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,000.

Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track order page, or under My account if you checked out with an account.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. See our returns & refunds policy for details.
